Associated Television International (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates associatedtelevisionstudios.com (the “Site”), which provides information about our Burbank production facility and stage, office, and recording space rentals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
We collect information you submit through the rental inquiry form on the Site, including your name, email address, telephone number, company or organization, and the contents of your message. We also collect information you provide when you contact us by email or telephone, request a quote, or schedule a facility tour.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our servers and analytics providers automatically record information including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. Non-essential cookies do not run until you consent to them through the cookie banner on the Site. These providers act as independent controllers of the data they collect through these technologies and process it under their own privacy policies. We do not control their practices.

- To communicate with you about our stages, offices, recording facilities, and availability
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
- To measure Site performance and the effectiveness of our advertising

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors who perform services on our behalf — website hosting, email delivery, analytics — and who may use the information only to provide those services.
- Advertising partners. As described above, the LinkedIn Insight Tag shares information about your visit with LinkedIn for advertising measurement and targeting. - Legal requirements. Where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.

The Site links to third-party services, including Google Maps for directions to the facility. These third parties operate independently of us and maintain their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party site or service.

We retain rental inquiries and related correspondence for as long as necessary to respond to them, to manage any resulting rental relationship, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations, and to resolve disputes. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured with our analytics provider.
Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Rights
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have the right to request access to the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, to request correction or deletion of that information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
Because the Site uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag for advertising, we treat this as “sharing” under California law. To opt out, decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner, or open “Cookie preferences” in the footer and turn off the Marketing category. You may also contact us using the details below. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where our consent tool detects them.
We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Depending on where you reside, you may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection to certain processing. Contact us to make a request, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.
