These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of associatedtelevisionstudios.com (the “Site”), operated by Associated Television International (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general informational purposes, including information about our Burbank production facility and the availability of stage, office, recording, and conference space for rental. You may access and use the Site for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site except as expressly permitted in writing by us
- Use automated systems, scrapers, or data-mining tools to access or extract content from the Site
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent rental inquiries
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, integrity, or security of the Site
- Upload or transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
Rental Inquiries Are Not Offers
Descriptions of stages, offices, recording facilities, conference rooms, dimensions, equipment, capacities, rates, and availability shown on the Site are provided for information only and do not constitute an offer, a reservation, or a commitment to rent. Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quote through the Site does not create a booking, hold any space, or form a contract.
Any rental of our facilities is governed exclusively by a separate written rental agreement signed by both parties, which will set out the applicable rates, dates, insurance and certificate-of-insurance requirements, deposits, cancellation terms, house rules, and liability allocations. In the event of any conflict between the Site and a signed rental agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Quotes and Availability
Quotes provided in response to an inquiry are estimates based on the information supplied and are valid only for the period stated in the quote. Rates and availability are subject to change without notice until confirmed in a signed agreement. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry or booking request at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, photographs, gallery images, floor plans, video, page layouts, and software — is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our names, logos, and related marks are our trademarks or service marks. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any of our marks or content without prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Third-Party Names and Marks
References on the Site to nearby businesses, retailers, hotels, transit services, or other third parties are made for locational and descriptive purposes only. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE — WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Associated Television International and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party right.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and revising the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site, and do not modify any signed rental agreement.
